Emotionally Sexy. Financially Sexy?
A lot of my GF's say "Ugly Sexy" to describe men that are typically ugly but just strike a cord somehow.

The only other option is 'spiritually', but since I don't believe it that I'd discount it straight away. I wouldn't even be able to imagine how it would work, and I'm a writer.
As far as percentages go, 40% - 60% in favour of mentally, if you're talking about attraction. Really, seen as "sexy" refers to "sex" which can only ever be physical, then there's really no such thing as "mentally sexy".

I would say it is all in the attitude. If you have a sexy attitude it shows, where as mental sexy requires a mind reader, and not every one is physical sexy. If you read your history books some of the greatest courtesans were plain as crows, but their Bering and attitude was pure sexy,as well as the great lovers were not much to look at but again the attitude. by attitude I of course mean excellent knowledge on how to please partners., and a willingness to use it. so I would say attitude 60% physical 20% mental20%

Mental Stimulation everything else falls perfectly into place after that...
Sexy is natural for some just being naturally sexy I was told just lastnight.

The way one acts and carries themselves can be very sexy. I don't know what's up with your percentage thing....but everything you mentioned counts towards being sexy.
