use toothpaste (whitening type, paste or gel) .. put a thin layer (don't rub all the way in) onto the bruised area before you go to sleep, it will bleach the bruise out overnight.

Apply some type of first aid cream like Neosporin daily then put a band air or other dressing over it. When you wake up in the morning clean it then put the cream and bandage on it again. The thing that makes most skin damage take so long to heal is that the skin not only has to repair itself but fight off the dust and bacteria that get in due to the break in the body's defense. If you clean it and put on the cream you're taking care of that part for your system and allowing the body to focus on the repair aspect.

To cure a bruise you want to apply warm heat. You also want to massage the area to break up the clotted blood under the skin so it an be reabsorbed and eliminated.
