i have it, it isnt pleasant, and i want to do everything possible to get better quick. Apart from the usual plenty of rest and fluids, are there any tips on how to help my body get rid of these bacteria? What should i eat, what should i take?

Any help would be much appreciated,

Drink loads of water. How on earth did you get it ?Are your culinary skills and hygiene not up to scratch or was it a dodgy cafe.? I think you just have to sit it out.

ive been there its not very plesent i was very ill and ended up in hospital for a week attached to a drip for days i couldnt eat or drink the best thing to do is drink plenty and flush it out of your system you will get better it can take time dont eat atall till you think you can keep the food down cos it will only start it all of again hope your feeling better soon

in the army during wartime they did not tolerate you being out of action for more than 48 hrs they couldn't spare you so drastic action was a BIG dose of Castrol oil next day a dose of KALON and you were back in action. the army aways had the answer

a good enema with a firemans hosepipe should clear you out.
