There are two ways to do this. 1. Go to bottom of page, you will see that footer info is greyed out, double click over it and writing will go black - you can now edit it. When complete double click cursor on main screen and you will be back to main document page. 2. Open your document. Got to 'view' at the top of your screen, select ' header/footer' - this will take you into the 'header' and also bring up a selection of icons. Hover over the icons until you get 'switch between header and footer' its the third from right. Click this and it will take you to the footer. Alter the text and click close icon. This will close down the rest of the icons and take you back to normal document. If you want to have the first page different you go to the same icon's and select page setup. Select the layout tab and click on 'different first page'.

Hope thats clear enough

If you change footer on one page, it should change everywhere. Consult your sowftware documentation to see how to change footer in a document. If it is MS word, double click on the footer area and it should open that for editing and your are done.
