If a man has been told he may lose his manhood due to cancer etc?

Is it possible to make him into a women if he wanted it, If say he was transexual or felt that he was a woman trapped in a mans body

Yes, technically he could become female. But that would have to be something he had a deep desire to do over a long period of time. It isn't anything he could choose quickly for himself.

They told Lance Armstrong he was going to use his manhood but obviously he proved all the doctors wrong. I would get at least a 3rd or 4th opinion.
