If you don't have CD writer & a blank rewritable CD with you, forget the rest of this.

Copy content of your first CD in some folder in your computer.
Insert blank CD in CD writer and start CD writer software.
Point CD writer Software to the content of the old CD.
Start writing the CD and you are done.

Most burner programs, allow you to copy CD's, or you can make an ISO file from your original CD, then use the burner program, to burn the ISO file to the second CD.

However if you only want to copy particular files, the copying to the harddrive, then burning the files to a second CD, method is best.

you "rip" the files/songs from the cd you are wanting to copy and save them to your hard drive in a folder (such as My Documents), once that's done insert a blank cd into your cd rewriter drive or dvd rewriter drive and use a cd burn program such as Windows Media, Sonic, EasyCD creator, or Nero (there are many programs out there to use) to burn the files or songs to a blank cd. on another note, it also depends on if the files on the cd are songs or data files you are wanting to copy to cd.
