Your rump should be fine. As long was it was used or put in the freezer before the use before date. Your rump is still good even after defrosting.

So long as it has never been frozen---defrosted---and frozen again then it should be fine.....fresh meat can be frozen for up to 6 months in a freezer. defrost it overnight in your fridge and then trust your nose..if it smell off then don´t cook it...but I really think it will be fine....enjoy your meal!

cook it and enjoy...the dates on the packages are usually the 'sell by' date, to cover the store's rump. You can leave meat in the freezer for a long, long time without spoilage.

Yes it will be safe to eat. A roast frozen will stay for 6 to 9 months but you must use it within 2 days after it has thawed.

It will be just fine. If you look on a lot of packaged foods you'll notice that it say Cook OR freeze by and then gives the date.

As long as you thaw in the fridge. Once thawed sprinkle with Worcestershire sauce and grill, add favourite veggies and a glass of wine - and enjoy
