Of course they do have the same type of hair,
It is often in better shape than ours due to it never having been permed or colored and heat damaged with appliances like straighteners, curling tongs and heated rollers.
and yes a lot of men use the same type of shampoo and conditioners for their hair that we use, I have never seen my boyfriend, brothers or father buy shampoo for their hair,
and if they wanted to their is nothing to stop men curling their hair, wearing it long or in whatever style that they desired.
However most men feel that they have to keep their hair short to conform into male society in general.

i think their hair is the same, just look at guys hair when it is really long. but their hair grows faster.

yes! of course. we are not two different species. and its not just head hair, it's every kind of hair. of course hair texture varies by race such as African American hair is very course, and Asian hair is very limp and straight or Latino's hair is very wild and curly
