the first week of pregnancy. is the week you are having your period.so your technically not pregnant. you get pregnant between weeks 2 and 3 but wont know it unitl right before week 5. the only way to know early is a blood pregnancy test done at the doctors

U really don't know in the first week unless u have sore breast, that is usually the first sign, or nausea & vomitng.

I felt pregnant about 1.5 weeks after conceiving. swollen, sore breasts & mentrual cramps that were not quite like my normal menstrual cramps (and no period).
