i would say to move on by him telling you he loves his girlfriend that should have give you a hint. but then again if he loves his girlfriend what is he doing talking to you?
if he knows that there is a spark with you two? just leave him alone you don't want to be the 2nd or 3rd person.

you need to just accept it and be happy he at least wants to be friends. If its meant to be, you will be with him again but only if you maintain a good friendship with him and dont try and sabotage his current relationship, because that would only make you look bad to him and everyone else. If one day it doesnt work out with him and his current girl then you will still be there and maybe the possibility is he might want to try it again. But dont keep your hopes up to high, and dont try to 'wait' for him either, in the meantime go on with your life, meet other guys and have fun you might just get over him in the process

You need to just forget about him. It is no use going after someone who doesn't like you anymore. Hang out with other people and maybe you will find someone you love who loves you back
