i like this guy and its kinda obvious he likes me but i figured that since ive given him plenty of time to talk to me that i should just go ahead and talk to him but i dont know what to say. HELP!!!!!!!!!

Guys like confident personality,if you've got the confidence,confidence can make you win over and break the ice.As for words,to work as breaking the ice the words just flow with your confidence.

Just comment on the situation. For example if he's playing some basketball be like "hey, your pretty good wanna teach me some moves?" or let's say he's reading a book be like "Is that a pretty good book you got there?" Just something plain and simple like that is all it takes to get the conversation going.

Just go up to him and either talk for a while or just talk about your feelings. Just say, "Hey, I like you a lot and I think you like me so maybe we could do something about it," or something along those lines. Don't worry about it, the worst thing he could do is say no. Best of luck.
