Is it possible? Definitely yes; its been going on for centuries, just a lot less now than in history. But it sounds like what you really meant to ask was is it possible to fall truly in love and marry that person at the age of 17, and have that love last forever. Well, it's happened before, but usually, it's not a good idea to marry young. Your mind, emotions and perception of life are not fully developed at 17, and don't usually until you are well into your 20s. You may think you love a person, but then a few short years (and unfortuately a wedding ring) later, your interests have completely changed, and you're unhappy. So its better to wait until you're of a ripe age, and know what you truly want; spare yourself the possible heartache.

All states require the age of 18, every physique under the age of 18 is seen a newborn (minor) each and every state has its very own rules on marriageable age with consent of a parent. in case you're waiting to be married suitable now then bypass forward and pass in collectively on your individual residing house, help yourselves for the subsequent 2 years and marry once you're the two 18.

yes in most places, but then you'd be divorced by the age of 20 (probably) so why bother ! you should go out have some fun, grow up and consider marrage at a later date.

dont know where you live, however its legal (some states require parental signatures). Truthfully though even if its legal its not advisable. You are way too young to take on the responsibilities of marriage.

Yes, from 16 onwards in the UK - earlier in some countries, later in others.
Might want to edit your question to let us know which country or state you are interested in.
