he's nice to me, talks to me, but hasnt asked me out. should i ask him out or just forget about it, and if you think i should, i need suggestions on how to go about it

Sometimes girls need to make the first move. Not all guys have high confidence levels. Just ask him if he would like to go out for drinks or dinner. If he says no there is your answer.

Maybe he is just to shy to make the first move of asking you out. If he really makes you feel as if he has feelings for you go for it, ask him to a movie or dinner or something see what he thinks about that. If he says yes let it all go from there. GOod lucks sweetie

Don't ask him out. Just tell him to get some backbone, you're not going to wait around on him all day.
He'll either get the hint, or he's TOO shy. This way, you find out before initiating the relationship and then finding out he's hot and a goof.

take a chance, ask him to hang out at first. and then if you figure out while hanging out that there is interest from both sides, go for it and ask him out.
