i mean i hear voices an stuff and i sometimes smack my head to make them shut up but i dont think im that crazy but my friends say im one crazy motha

What are the voices in your head telling you to do? If you are really worried about hearing the voices, I would advice you to see either a psychiatrist or a psychologist.
This could be a sign of schizophrenia if there are other problems that you have not listed here.

well, honestly it's hard to say cuz there's a LOT of fakers out there. the only way you can really tell is to go to a doctor (psychiatrist.) But if you're actually faking it, which i'm not accusing you of, then dont bother because they will know. plus, they'll throw u on tons of meds that really mess with your body in bad BAD ways, including decreasing sex drive, appetite, sleep, motivation, and tons fo other things. so if you really hear voices, then all of those things r worth the sacrafice, but if you dont, then it's not worth it just to pretend to be crazy.

MENTAL ILLNESS DOES NOT MEAN YOU ARE CRAZY IN THE HEAD! Actually most people with MI are quite gifted and consider MI as a gift which it is. Please check out this link and do some of the quizzes, if you are concerned please print your results and show them to your General Physician.
