I suggest not teaching them English since you obviously don't speak it well yourself.

My cousins grew up with three languages and my nephew is growing up with four. Growing up with 2 or 3 languages is easy growing up with four definitely causes a speech delay, but the kids all understand and do eventually master the languages. What people say about it being easier when you're young isn't totaly true; it's because it's a necessity for some kids that they make it look easy. Adults who find languages difficult can also have an excuse. I grew up with two languages with a frequent but not daily encounter with a third language. I didn't pick up the third and found it frustrating as a child to have adults who used a secret language. I did eventually learn the third language when I went to high school.
There are some kids who grow up with only one language who still can't be understood by strangers at 2-3 years especially boys.

As a mom - it breaks my middle. As the spouse of a Corrections Officer, I fully grasp why. To begin off with, we're speakme approximately 2 exclusive states - it would be around the border and the crimson tape and rate worried is astronomical. You might want 2 to 3 exclusive federal correction officials from each and every state who might be operating extra time, you might ought to be competent to pay for meals and at ease housing of the prisoner earlier than, throughout, and after shipping. You might want specified permission for the prisoner to even cross to the health center (our regional health center most effective enables one prisoner of their health center at anyone time, if anybody else will get harm or ill, they have got to journey an hour and a part to an extra health center, although there may be one half-hour away - however it is around the border) Finally, this unique prisoner is also a crisis inside the power, and the resolution is also situated on his list inside the power itself. There's regularly the leisure of the tale...

I believe that at 2 years old, strangers are supposed to understand them 70 percent of the time. So if this is the case, your child is just on time with speech development. I'm not too sure about 3 year olds though.
Consider joining the parenting advice-opedia website http://www.minti.com . There are a lot of articles/advice written about speech development for this age group already. Plus, if you are concerned, you can ask other parents of their experience. Good luck!

Nothing wrong with teaching them 2 languages. It's normal for kids around that age to still mumble a little bit. Eventually they will speak both language more clearly and understandable so I wouldn't worry too much about it.

I would say that you should be able to understand your child completely by age 3. His or her communication should start to peak at about 2 or shortly there after.

No its actually very very good, nowadays when a person goes to learn a different language when thier older its extremely hard, so if you get em into now, it will be so much better for them in the long run, even if they progress slower in one, it will balance out when they start school
