I know what you mean. The sooner you can move on - the better. You are wasting your time, think of all the time and energy you are wasting on this person.
Does this situation feel familiar? I'm going to put on my psychologists hat and say:
does this feeling match a relationship you had in your childhood? say a parent that would never show love for you or some other family member who was important to you, but who was never there for you, how you wanted them to be?
Sometimes we re-live our childhood experiences, sometimes we are attracted to people who can't love us, in the same way that our parents couldn't, because that is what is familiar to us.
If so, please seek some professional help. You can get help and you don't need to suffer with this.
I hope you find a relationship with substance in the future, something that will energise and fulfill you, instead of making you crazy.
It can happen.
But you may have to work at it, so get some help.

It's not that the love makes you insane; anyone can make the mistake of falling with someone who does not love them too. It's when you start doing obsessive or weird things about it that you might be insane.

It should not make you insane, because it is a reality, people does not always have to love you back. that is life. so if you know, then you move on to greener pastures, remember one monkey does not stop no show! Their is someone out their for you! just take your time!

it will always hurt when you are in love and you don't receive that same love back .........it is always important to ask your self if this is what you want there is plenty of people of all ages out there that are willing to love just don't set your mind to this one person because if they cant clearly see that there missing out on being loved and all you ask in return is for love back then there not worth your time and effort............good luck
