It's when you harass the opposite sex to go out with you or touching the opposite sex's private parts

Sexual harassment is any action that makes you uncomfortable (in a 'personal bubble' sort of way) sexual harassment affects a community by decreasing the level of trust in around the community. to escape from this harassment, talk to the person, if that does not work, talk to the police or other official person who has authority by law. however, most people don't even know they are guilty of harassment and just assume the way they act is correct. Just telling them should make it better. however, legal action may be necessary.

An unwanted attention (be it flirting or sexual advance) from another person.
Sexual harassment has a wide range, from comments to touching.
It can make one's life miserable.
The best thing to do is to let the person know up front that his/her attention is very much unwanted.
If it persists, then you may need to contact authority regerding this situation.

If you're happen to lack any of the many features in the long list of being sexually desirable, then any polite initiative you take contacting the opposite sex is a harassment.
If you'r hot you can do whatever you want. Nothing is going to be harassing.

It's inappropriate ways of language or physical contact from the opposite sex. In the workplace it is sometimes used to induce that person for sexual favors or in lieu of a raise, or being fired. The person that initiates it is up for dismissle if proven!!!
