were would a pathogen go when it dies? it cant go to heaven because its been bad but if it goes to hell the heat would just kill it again. so what happends to them?

Humans are the only form of life with a soul. The Bible makes that very clear. Do not let the world and Satans tricks decieve you!

I'm pretty sure that those who believe ever living thing has a soul don't have the concept of heaven and hell. You might want to rethink this question.
It's like asking a Christian what he will be reincarnated as.

It is the teaching of the Christian church that only human beings, made in the image and likeness of God, have an immortal soul.
Any other idea is Heresy.
