Personally I prefer you keeping it long for winter. You can cut it to your shoulders. That's really cute and the fashion. But don't cut it as short as Britney Spears. That's totally not the style. I dont know why she cut it. Good luck!

Both, Victoria Bekham is sporting short hair so it started a current trend. Fringes are very in. Wear your hair so that it suits your face shape, and so that it complements you and your hair type not so that you can mirror Hillary Duff coz you may get it all wrong and on you it may not look so good.
It should also suit your lifestyle.

I would say long but it seems that some of the celebs are cutting their hair short....but then again the next day they will have long hair again via extensions...so I am not sure.

For a girl it would have to say medium length and for a guy long hair looks great.

Long hair is ALWAYS in style. Short hair goes in and out of style. Think about it, if you get your hair cut short and it goes out of style, how long again will it be before it goes back in style?

Why do something all and sundry has and do something diverse and stand out. Then all and sundry would be walking around with an identical hair and garments varieties. i can not stand while they have "what's in" and "what isn't hip". tremendously lame in case you inquire from me.
