I'm sure if you snorted cocaine you could get microbial organisms in your nose from the powder. The cocaine may destroy the little hairs in your nose that are there to catch foreign particles. Someone would be more susceptible to infection that way.

I want to suggest you see your doctor but, I'm guessing your not going to,right?
If your getting infections you'd better do something about it now, before it's to late. For now most snorters use "preparation H" yes, you read that right, to keep the swelling down but, it's not a cure. don't be stupid or, I should say, don't continue to be stupid.

I THINK YO MEAN TO SAY SINUSITIS . YES IT IS POSSIBLE TO GET SINUSITIS ESPECIALLY OF THE NOSE
