I think it's very human to go for looks at first, but in the long run personality definitely wins!

Personality by far! People change their opinions about others after they know them well. Sometimes you can meet a person that you think is the most attractive person you've ever met and then once you find out the true person behind the exterior beauty they become not so attractive anymore. The same thing happens when you meet someone that you may not find very attractive. Once you get to know that person and realize what a gem they are then you see them as beautiful and very attractive. I met a man that I have to admit I thought was far from being good looking. He had a great personality and even though he had many scars on his face, chest and shoulders I found he to be the most attractive person I've known. It took a little while for this to occur but, I found myself wanting to look at him and absorb the beauty that he possessed constantly. I fell in love with him and not anyone anywhere appeared more beautiful to me than him. It's funny how it works. I hope you have a wonderful day!

Although looks are important, personality is better. I usually like guys who are more intelligent than I am, who have goals in life, a good sense of humour and are trustworthy.
Now.. if you can find those qualities in a hottie, that's the best!!!

Well for the first sight look is important but i think the most important is personality... You can be fascinated by someone who isn't good looking but you can't afford someone who doesnt talk and he doesnt know what to say... If he can combine both is the best...

It's usually 60% personality, 40% looks. If I like his personality, he instantly becomes more physically attractive for some reason.

PERSONALITY!
Looks fade and get old real fast, I love a guy that is funny and smart, kind, responsible, considerate and has the ablility to carry on a conversation where every other word is not a cuss word, sexual innuendo or a derogatory term. :)

Usally all the guys i met have a great personatly but some of them i just dont think of them like more than friends, b/c their looks dont stand out to me.
I think its both, and their eyes ALWAYS make me fall for them.

Personality first, then looks. Personality honestly enhances a man's looks. So even if he is not all that, if his personality is wonderful, he will look better to you.

lol well so i don't lie to you i'll say looks i mean the fact is how many girls do you see walking around with a really fat guy with pimples and drool, none :) but that really fat guy with pimples that drools has a golden personality, too bad we missed out.
