im having a cookout and i need to know wht ppl would probly like better, which do u like better?

I find kids like hotdogs and adults like hamburgers...
except my Dad who loves hotdogs!

For cookouts...I always have both to cook on the grill. You can't go wrong that way. What's also good is to wrap corn-on-the-cob in foil w/ lots of butter, salt and pepper and grill that, too. It is SO delicious. Have fun!
Something else that's good and VERY simple. Use a large can of beans ( I like Bush's with Onion), put it in a casserole dish...add BBQ sauce to taste, and about a half a container (or more) of Bacon Bits. Cook at 325 degrees for about 30 minutes or so. It goes great with a cookout, and is so simple. I bet it will be a hit.

I prefer burgers, unless the hot dogs are the kosher kind. For a cookout have some of both, that way people can choose what they are in the mood for.

Depends.
If the burgers are good quality then burgers all the time, however many people buy the cheapest burgers they can find and if they do that then dogs.
Would prefer a good, high meat content, English, banger over a dog though.
But I always do both .... mix of Beef + Pork & apple burgers (not everyone likes beef), plus 2 or 3 different types of sausage, always one being venison and one very spicy.
Add foil wrapped corn in lime butter, foil wrapped asparagus with lemon butter, salad, bread, home made coleslaw, rice salad, ribs with my own BBQ sauce, venison kebabs, king prawn kebabs ..... that's my version of a BBQ
No wonder doing a BBQ costs me over £100, before booze gets factored in.

I like hamburgers better, the kids will probably opt for the hotdogs.

I'd have both at the cookout if possible. I like both and would probably have a hard time deciding. =)

I think hotdogs are easier to eat, but you can load up a hamburger with lots and lots!!! couldnt you do half and half

Both! Hamburgers and BEEF hotdogs. But, probably HAMBURGERS more.
