I lost my cat a few times...he was inside the back of my recliner.

Another time I found him under the liner of the boxspring. He tore hole in the material and perched himself up in the box spring.

I have also found my cat in the cupboards and pantry. Be creative and look. You will find him!

if its been 2 days or longer you better get some help.but i figure you will find her in a few days. the may have died if you havent seen her in a long time like a day or longer.cats and dogs know when their time is up so they go somewhere alone and die.my dog did that and a few cats. i never saw those furballs again.i hate to be so forward but holding the truth isnt the right way to say what happened.cats can go for 12 hours without food or water if thir asleep. mine disappears to a favorite place most days and sleeps till 3 or 4 pm.i do see her in the early morning.just look at areas of your home. how about a closet with a door?she may have gone into it and the door was closed. you will hear her meowing loudly and scratching the heck out on the door. i hope shes not deceased.

Have you found the cat yet? I have six cats who have lived in this house with me for over ten years. They can still find places to hide that I haven't discovered yet.

So if you are sure the cat IS inside and didn't get out some way you can be sure it will appear when it's time to eat.

Last night I was looking for a cat to give some medication. I looked under beds, backs or closets, shelves of closets, behind the couch etc. Then I finally saw him on the top of a refrigerator shelf which is a place he hardly ever goes--looking down and me as if to say "I'm right here silly!"

Maybe he just felt I needed twenty minutes of bending and stretching to keep my figure.

Most lost cats are no further away than under the porch. They get frightened because they are not used to being outside. They will be so scared they won't come out when called. Try putting out some favorite food or hire a neighbor kid to search under the porch and/or house. After two or three days the cat will go Ferrel.

Got to this site for some ideas:

Try shaking the treat container or picking up the food bag and make noise of the bag so the cat thinks its going to get fed. It might even work if you call it by saying "Here kitty, kitty, kitty" in a very high pitched voice. All these techniques work on my cat so one of them is bound to get your cat to come out.

Try rattling a box with some cat biscuits inside, or put down a little fish, something quite strong smelling.

Grundle Goat, the image is so fuzzy and small that this is incredibly no longer hassle-free to assert! I do have 2 cats and that i could be flawed yet one in all them does bare some resemblance based on the scant evidence provided. a extra physically powerful %could be solid!!!!

Put some cat food in the center of the floor in each room. It will come out when its hungry. This always works for my cat Cosmo...he's just fat.
Anyway, hope I helped!
good luck,

Just look everywhere: closets, under couches, drawers, shelves, behind books, usually corners and small gaps between furniture and the floor. Or take the bag with his food and shake it and call his name, he might recognise the sound as his feeding time.

Cats are real good at hiding, especially if they are new. Just give the cat time to come out, when he/she feels safe enough to do so. Don't try to rush it.
