How about dinner, or a movie? any thing to get her out of the house, even a walk on the water front. Don't move too fast, and you will know when the time is right to tell her how you feel about her!

you wouldn't wanna make a more just yet because you don't know if she still have feelings for him or how the relationship ended,so you don't wanna rush her into another relationship because the when you do she will be acting all funny and strange,maybe give he another week and then try and to talk to her but you gotta make sure she notice you.take her out for a movie or something to get her mind off of the break up.

you do not want to be the rebound guy....just put it out there that once she is over this break up you would love to take her out...she will appreciate the space, the respect you have for the realtionship she just lost and the fact that you dig enough to give her the time she may need.

2 weeks ago , she needs a friend to confide , a outside source to verifiy she was right , another males opinion to boost her ego !! Go for it , before its too late and they get back together, which will most likely happen after she has a fling with you.
