Some of us are blessed with big thighs or "jumbo thai's" as I call them! Blame the genes but they are your thighs and you have to love them!
I have big thighs but they are muscular! You might have the same problem!
Also the exercise you do - if it involves squats and lunges you are developing those muscles!
Lastly - the human body is funny! In most cases the place you want to loose weight the most is the place it will fall off the slowest!
Just keep doing whatever you are doing - reach your goal and if your thighs don't vanish - join the majority of the female population who don't love their thighs but on the up side - those thighs add to the appeal you possess as a woman!!

Keep working out and eating alright and the weight will come off, though some might actually be muscle if you had big thighs before becoming overweight.

From what I have read about losing weight and fat, the fat disappears like snow melts. If you think of how snow melts it melts the fastest on areas that the snow isn't piled up the most. On areas where the snow is packed up it takes a lot longer for the snow to melt. It's the same way for fat, fat melts away quickest on areas where there isn't that much and it takes longer for it to go away on areas where there is more fat (typically the thighs in women). Hope that helps!

Sounds like you've got another 30 lbs (or so) to go. Don't worry though, it doesn't always come off evenly... been there done that. Keep up the good work, you'll be very happy with yourself once you're down to your ideal weight.

If your workout focuses on your thighs, you are unfortunately replacing the loose stuff for muscle. You might also have a genetic disposition to the shape of your thighs.
Great news, huh?

Are you doing any machines for your legs? Maybe you're just building muscle. I'm sure that running/jogging has built up some muscle in them too.
