Does it have to be in your home? I guess I'd do a type of circuit routine with burpees, tuck jumps, push ups, sit ups, and maybe throw in some yoga.

Running on a running machine. 3 times a week for 1 hour. As you get better you can choose different levels.

get yourself an aerobic step and use it for an hour five days a week the weight will drop off
sex is a great fat burner as well and its great fun!!!!!!!!!

to lose weith you need cardio. treadmill, stationary bike, step aerobics, jumping rope etc. you should also incorporate some strength training but it is the cardio that will really make you lose

i would say skipping or press ups. sit ups are also good. i would also advise eating healthily, as if you are increasing your exerices you will need more energy, and healthy foods will provide energy as well as helping you loose weight. ♥b♥
