Yes, because when she finds out he doesn't she will be a. extremley heartbroken, and b. she will blame you.

On the one hand, she's probably really starting to believe he's into her- which could be bad.
But on the other hand, you're being a good friend by saying the default good friend response. If you told her the truh and said, "Honestly? I just don't see it between the two of you." She may be a little insulted.
Actually, if you word it nicely and just come out with it that you don't think he likes her, she may be disappointed, but I don't think she should get mad at you. You miiiight just want to tell her.
But not telling her doesn't make you a bad person or a bad friend- you're trying to protect her. That's commendable.

What a stupid lie, where would it lead to?
Try to get out of this mess by telling that girl that the boy likes another, then say he never spoke of her again.
If he dislikes her, it is ok not to tell her "the truth", but if he just ignores her, why make more out of it?

Not really. You are just telling her what she wants to hear. Don't go too far with it though. You could be building her up for a big disappointment.

yeah that's wrong for you to lie at your friend. because that might hurt her feelings and you should encourage her to see if the guy likes her.

yes, its very wrong, you should be 100% honest with your friiends, if this guy does not like her, its only going to hurt her..
