If you are legally of age to support your younger brothers or sisters, contact social services. It's best if you have proof of the neglect to bring with you, like a photo of your father smoking or payment stubs that show you are the on taking care of the children.

Taking custody from a mother and father is a hard thing to do,you must have a real Strong case against them like abuse and then have the proof. If they can't provide for the child then the judge may see something there and give you temporary custody or placement until they get on there feet.Call child protective services and talk with them and least get the child placed with you until a judge decides whats what.

You can do a lot of things. If YOU are wanting to takeover custody, then there will be a long process. But if you are just looking to get those kids out of that situation, then you need to call your local law enforcement. If you have like a Department of Child Welfare Servies,or something on those lines, inform them. Mainly, call the police. The parents can be charged with child abuse and negligence.

why should these two people have to act like parents? you do it all for them. you need to stop, you are not helping matters any that you provide all the things they should be. sure helping out from time to time is fine, but your doing it all. you say that you pay for child care. so, that must mean these two have jobs. so, make them realize that the money train is over. put them on notice that as of a certain day you will no longer be paying for their child care.thus giving them a little time to get their act and money together to make the payments. you need to give them the chance to be better parents. if this fails then i say go for custody. but for now let them do for them self's.

First you need to get alot of proof, turning them in right away may have them clean up their act for the puposes of the investigation,, Get the proof you need and have all of your ducks in a row, if this is truly what you want to do for these children, get as much documentation as you can, in the mean time try and keep or offer to keep the children as often as you can. Tell anyone who will listen of the situation so maybe they can be witness to whats going on. Then go after them with both barrells. Shame on them for putting their children in such jeapordy, BRAVO to you, for stepping up and trying to provide a safe place for these unfortunate souls.. May God Bless You

First thing is to report it to socal services. Tell them you are interested in fostering these children. You have some classes & red tape to go thru, but if it is for the well being of a child it makes it worth it.

report them to your local child protection services and tell them that you are interested in taking custody if the parents can be deemed unfit. but you have to have hardcore evidence, receipts, pictures, and if u can the children's testimony. this is a doosy, dont go about it 1/2 a$$ed.. good luck

How you can go about this or if it is even possible depends a lot on how you are related to the children.
