how do I adjust the

1) pan size
2) temperature
3) baking time

The back of the box doesn't offer this information, but it does indicate different times and temperatures for different pan sizes for single batches, so I believe all three of those variables will change for a double batch.

Anyone know how to go about this?

1) use 13X9 pan instead of 8X8
2)same temperature
3) add about 5 minutes but keep checking it(pan size is bigger so mixture is spread out so you don't need to much extra time)

Oki Doki. First thing, remember brownies are not cake, a brownie has a thickness(height) factor, so the depth of the pan isn't going to come into play but out ward dimensions will. Go up to 75% bigger in pan size, another clue here use glass, not teflon or black coated pans, bottom burn factor. Don't change the temp, add some cooking time, keep that toothpick handy for center poking. If the outsides look like they're cooking to fast put strips of foil over them so they don't dry out. Worst case scenario, make them in 2 batches, you're cutting them up anyway aren't you? Got Milk?

You'll either have to use a 9X13 pan, for which you will get taller brownies, or a larger, flatter one you may have, like a lasagne or roasting pan - for which you may get "shorter" brownies.
Keep the temp. the same as on the box.
If you use the 9X13 pan, you will have to bake them longer - just check on them after the 8X8 time - you will know they are done when the cake is pulling away from the sides of the pan, and a toothpick put in is fairly clean (except if you are like us and like chewy brownies, I always underbake them).
If you don't have two 8X8 pans, use one and bake twice. You can also make them in round cake pans.

Double the pan size, increase baking by 5 minutes

in case you're searching for a no fats brownie, No Pudge Brownie mixture is super! All you like is yogurt. And in case you basically can no longer wait, they'd be microwaved as hostile to the oven for single serve parts.

Your pan size should increase in length & width not depth.
Temp does not change.
Baking shoud not change but, for safety sake after the initial cooking time is expired check every 5 minutes.
