I'm a lobster purist. Steam them, serve with drawn butter, baked tater (sour cream & chives), biscuits, salad & dessert. Check the label, it may have prep directions. Another one of my faves - PAELLA!. Another idea is a lobster ceviche - add lime juice, diced avocados, diced tomatoes, a little hot sauce, and serve in a Martini glass with shrimp draped over the rim of the glass..

Broiled Lobster Tails.
2 whole lobster tails
1/2 cup butter, melted
1/2 teaspoon ground paprika
salt to taste
ground white pepper, to taste
1 lemon - cut into wedges, for garnish
Preheat the broiler.
Place lobster tails on a medium baking sheet. With a sharp knife or kitchen shears, carefully cut top side of lobster shells lengthwise. Pull apart shells slightly, and season meat with equal amounts butter, paprika, salt, and white pepper.
Broil lobster tails 5 to 10 minutes, or until butter is melted and lightly browned, and lobster meat is opaque. Garnish with lemon wedges to serve.

2 lobster tails, thawed if frozen
2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
3 tablespoons unsalted butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup dry breadcrumbs
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon thyme
1/4 teaspoon marjoram
1/4 teaspoon oregano
1/4 teaspoon basil
1/4 teaspoon rosemary
1/4 teaspoon sage
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon cayenne, to taste
1 tablespoon freshly grated parmesan cheese
Holding each lobster tail shell side down, cut away the ribbed membrane as close to the shell as possible with kitchen shears.
Remove lobster meat in one piece from each shell, rinse and pat dry.
Sprinkle each with lemon juice and set aside.
In a small saucepan, melt butter with the minced garlic over low heat.
Remove from heat.
In a plastic ziplock bag, combine bread crumbs, herbs, garlic powder, cayenne and Parmesan cheese.
Roll the lobster meat in the garlic butter and shake them in the plastic bag with the bread crumb mixture to coat.
Return the lobster meat to their shells.
Grill the lobster tails, shell sides down, on a rack 4-6 inches over glowing coals with some hickory chips added, turning from side to side but not turning over, for 10 minutes.
Cover and grill another 5 to 10 minutes until they are just cooked through.

Are your tails precooked or still raw, makes a big diff. Either way let go base with these babies. What's your favorite food flavor, Mexican, Italian, Japanese? see where I'm going? Mexican, nice warm Lobster fajitas or enchilada's, sided with rice and beans. Italian, pasta with an Alfredo or butter garlic sauce. Japanese, stir-fry with crisp veggies and rice. Your getting the Idea, I can tell by the drool. Let your imagination go wild, sometimes I have a base and go to the market and invent, hey let's try this, and before you know it you'll be posting your new secret recipe. Good luck, do you need a tissue for your chin?
