Cold hands, warm heart. Mine are always cold too. it may be poor circulation. But i like the idea that her heart is pumping with so much love for you, but her hands are smarter, and know that if they're cold, you'll hold them to warm them up. That and the best part about always having cold hands is you can make your boyfriend jump out of his skin when you put your hands on his warm belly...

My boyfriend and I have been over this too. Females are biologically colder than males. That's one of the reasons, biologically, they're meant to be together. Females need to absorb heat; males make their own. So males were biologically designed to keep females warm. I'm always freezing, my boyfriend is always warm. It works out perfectly when we're curled up on the couch, haha.

wow, that's me, but I'm not your girlfriend. My boyfriend tries to warm me up when it happens. If your girlfriend's hands are cold, it means that she's not healthy. Your hands and feet are the farthest points from your body; if they are cold, that means you are not generating enough heat to be warm. Your gf needs to exercise.

Sometimes the extremities don't get the same blood flow as the rest of the body. Her feet are probably always cold too. If she's concerned, have her see her doctor to see if she has circulation problems.

Cause most of the blood in her body stays around her heart.

Lack of iron.
She can either take iron pills, or eat more foods with iron in it.

it has to do with the distance from you core of her body. the farther from your core the less heat your blood carries.
