When you first start to exercise your body will hold water. Water will increase your weight. To alleviate this try to watch your salt intake. Just decrease your salt but you need some salt for your body to perform certain functions. Just decrease your salt intake. Another thing is you are putting on muscle this will also increase your weight. Don't go by how much you weigh, as much as how you look and feel. If you can't fit into you clothes than perhaps you should reaccess your diet and exercise routine. If you still fit in your clothes than your added weight might just be attributed to you putting on extra muscle. I hope this helps. Take care and good luck.

you sound very healthy. eating healthy is a relative term though. whats healthy to one person could be considered deadly to another. in general you sound very active so you need carbohydrates but might want to cut down on fats and proteins. that means less meat and cheese and milk. cheese and milk are full of fats and calories you probably don't need. you are also 14 and growing. you might be worrying too much. ask your doctor for healthy weights for someone your age and height. 130 i am sure is in the ballpark of healthy. i had a friend that was very active but well rounded -- she had large tops and bottoms and a small waist. just the way she was made.

You do realize that when you exercise regularly, like at the Gym and running etc.. you will lose body fat and gain, muscle mass, muscle weighs heavier than fat, so that is the reason you are gaining weight, you are not actually putting any fat on rather gaining the muscle. and at 130lbs you are not over weight, so do not worry too much about the slight gain.

muscle weighs more then fat
hon, at 5'9" you should weigh about 145 to be at a good weight. The formula is 100 pounds for the first 5 ft and 5 pounds for every inch after. You are to thin, that is why you are gaining weight...you body is telling you that you are underweight.

You're just growing, don't even worry about it. If you exercise this much, eat healthy, and you are still gaining weight, it is because you are growing or building muscle. One thing I would do though is watch your sugar intake, and eat LOTS of protein.
