Omega 3 is found in fish oil. Feed them fish dishes once a week. I recommend Salmon.

To my knowledge they only come in capsule form....because it's a liquid.
When I was growing up my mom gave us something called cod-liver oil. It was liquid, smelled fishy and tasted disgusting.
I don't know if they still make that.

Coromega. It's orange flavored pudding-like cream. It is an omega-3 supplement. I take it. It's actually really good.

give them lots of fish! these have way more benefit than any pills that you can give them. if they don't like fish on its own, give them tuna sandwhiches or wraps, or you could get bread which has omega3 in it. â¥bâ¥
