What happens to illegals that attempt to cross the border?

Is it legal to shoot them if they are on your property, must the sherrifs office be notified or what?

No you cant shoot them if they are on your property,you can tho hold them for ICE .I have done it before on my ranch.I have a direct number that I call and they are at my ranch in about 30 minutes.We always feed them and find some clothing if they need it.I have let many call home to let people know they had got caught.My employees are never mean or physical with any of them.
They don't fight,they seem almost relieved after they get food in themselves.I and all my employees speak Spanish
so its makes things go pretty smooth.DO NOT shoot anyone unless you feel your life is in danger.That's not smart at all.Check with your local ICE office in your state.Some states don't allow you to hold them,even for ICE.Its always best to let ICE do it,not you.

If they're destroying your property (cutting your fence, stealing your crops or anything else that you causes loss to you) then you have a right to protect your investments. I dont think shooting is the solution unless you or your family is in danger. When they are caught they get a slap on the wrist and are sent back so they can try it again the next day.

I don't believe any of this really requires shooting....if you see people that you believe are crossing illegally into the country, pick up ye telephone, and call ye local police department, and report it. The more the local P.D. hears about stuff like that, and it's proven to be right, the more they'll have to talk about at the next city council meeting. Put em on speed-dial! LOL
