Takeoff speeds are always quoted as KIAS (Knots indicated air speed) so that takes care of altitude, temperature, pressure, wind speed and direction.

For a 747-400 Boeing says Vr = 175 KIAS, V2 = 187 KIAS. So you rotate at 175KIAS and your safe climb speed is 187KIAS.

There are many published figures you can find on the Internet. However, they do not factor in variables such a wind speed and direction and ambient temperature. The altitude of the runway is also a factor to consider. If you are taking off at sea level, you will have a slower take off speed (rotation) than if you were at the airport in Denver, Colorado which is at a high altitude.
