I have green eyes and light skin. my hair color is dark brown,almost black right now naturally. any suggestions??

Reds can get brassy and are really tricky to pull off and get a good effect.
Because your hair is dark going all blond will turn into a nightmare to maintain, damage your hair and you may not like the way it goes with your complexion.
Why don't you have different shades of lighter color and blond streaks? Start conservative and then you can add more highlights gradually which will give you several different shades and allow you much more control with the colors. Good luck, you will look fantastic.

I think that you should die it blonde I have green eyes and light skin too but it your planning on getting your hair died any color get it professionally done it will look way better

I think you should try highlights first. Then if you like them you should try dieing your hair the color of your probably dirty caramel hair color.
