If you put them on a turntable or amusement park ride, yes. They have cochlea in their ears and they can get dizzy and/or carsick like humans, tho that usually doesn't last longer than young puppyhood. They grow out of carsickness, but dizzy, yes.

Dogs do get dizzy when it's playing running around and when in circles.

My stupid Labrador runs round and round our apple tree until he falls over! Not sure if he is dizzy or just plain stupid but its very very funny to watch!!

simple answer.....yes! if u make them twirl round and round after a stick or toy,when u throw it 4 them,they take a while to get their run going in thr right direction! one warning tho.....if ur not careful,you'll get dizzy too so watch out! lol

Dont think so my dog chases himslef round and round all the time, chasing his tail e.t.c he dont seem to fall over or anything lol : i know i would

Yes actually. My friend has Chihuahua and it runs around chasing its tail then falls over like it is drunk! HE HE it is kind of funny but anyway the answer is YES!!!

My dog seems to he will chase his tail then he'll stop.He stands there for a few minutes and then he'll stop chasing his tail.
