Since January is the middle of winter, you could do a winter theme-d birthday party. If you're looking for a party to drink, I'm sorry, but I can't help you out. If you're looking for a nice winter party, I can definitely help you! Check out whether it will be snowing on the week of your birthday or you can hold your party when it's snowing. You and your closest folks can have a snow party! Have fun building snowmen and having snowball fights. Since you're turning 21, it might be fun to act like kids again. When everyone's pooped from playing in the snow, bring them inside to enjoy some of these delightful treats:
1) hot cocoa: You can prepare hot cocoa right from the mix, but make them interesting w/ peppermint sticks (candy canes!) or cinnamon sugar sticks (churros?)
2) cookies: Make cookies right from the little frozen dough packs! Then, let everyone decorate their own cookie! More fun!
Hope these ideas create the best 21st birthday party!

What's your starting point?

Austria is great for snow around Christmats. However if you're looking for something different, and costs may be an issue for some guests, hire out a little hotel in Bulgaria or Romania. Hit the slopes by day and party with locals at night.

The French Quarter, New Orleans. certainly the ultimate place to bypass bar hopping. you are able to bypass from one bar to a distinctive with a drink on your hand. lots of the bars do no longer close. you are able to drink every time of day or evening. i'm not sure what it takes to get a public inebriated citation interior the Quarter, yet i think of it includes punching a cop. bypass to the WWII museum, Chalmette conflict field, The Aquarium of the Americas, etc. if your birthday is on the tip of the month, stay for Mardi Gras.

Well, my advice is that whatever you do, dont get extremley drunk and kill yourself. That happens to a lot of stupid 20 year olds who drink so much that they die.
