Yep, and I also found out recently that girls dress to impress other girls, not guys as I had always thought.

I don't agree with you.The only way I notice a woman looking at my breasts is if I ask her something like 'Am I showing too much cleavage'.

I dont think all girls stare at other womens breasts. I think some women may b/c they are worried about their size. I guess its normal.
