Exercise or no exercise you won't be able to lose the weight if you don't cut your food intake but we all know that's pretty hard, right? A good appetite suppressant can help you out big time but it has to be natural or you can get into serious heath problems.

I lost 38 lbs in 2 months by using garcinia cambogia extract (FDA approved 100% natural). In my first month 26 and then 12 the second month. I was an emotional eater and these supplements changed my life. They act like an appetite suppressant so I didn't feel like eating anymore. Not hungry anymore -> Lower calories -> Lose weight, simple as that. I did no exercises just 20 minutes walks 5 days a week.

It's been 4 months since I lost the weight and I did not gain any pounds back, actually I lost another 5 lbs (I stop taking them after I lost the weight). If you want to take a look here is a website where you can find discounts: http://www.garciniacambogiapromo.com I got them 30% off from here. Hope this helps!

Drink plenty of water a day the recemmonded amount is 8 glasses. and work out 3-4 days a week.

But if that doesnt help you so much you can try what i did. You can go to the store and buy a carnation Good Start Instant Breakfast, all it really is, is a milkshake. I drank that for breakfast and for dinner. The milkshake has all the vitaims and nutrients that you need for a meal, and trust me is does make you feel full. And for lunch you can eat whatever you want but it has to be a reasonable amount, try not to overdo it.

the Box cost about $5 and you get 10 packages in a box.

The healthiest way to prevent a fat stomach is by ensuring that your weight is normal for your height. Ensure that the energy provided by the food you eat matches the energy you burn performing your daily activities. You can reduce belly fat by doing activities like walking swimming and rowing. Such activities help in supplying enough oxygen to the body to burn fat.More info at http://www.toloseweight.org/losestomachfat.html

Watch this video at http://www.customizedfatloss.link to learn how you can lose belly fat and get six pack abs in a short period of time. It will blow your mind. I was able to lose the belly fat and get ripped in only 6 weeks.

You will also have access to a fully customizable online weight loss software system which uses body type, age, sex, weight and current fitness level to determine the most appropriate amount of food to eat and when. It also includes a training program specific to your body type. Good luck!

You need to watch what you eat. Lower our calorie intake, mainly your empty cabs. Drink lots of water. Make sure you are regular and a brisk 45 minutes walk every other day will do the trick. Do your sit ups the days you don' walk.

The best way to lose stomach fat is by cardio exercise. Do something that makes you sweat and work hard.
Then you can do situps and stuff to build up the muscle, but it won't get rid of the fat. Good luck.

i have been doing core exercises, havent ordered the cd yet, just doing the basic 3 moves, and it really works,,,, will try to explain them, they are dancing moves,

stand with feet about foot apart,,,,
1. without lifting foot off floor, lift left hip up, then right
2. thrust your pelvis forward,, then your butt backwards
3. rotate your hips/pelvis, first forward, to left then back then right,,,, reverse, as your doing this, you should be hitting the same positions you did in the first two exercises

these are much easier then situps, and really target all your stomach muscles,,,,,, repeat each one about 20 times,,,,,, you will really feel it working and can even see your stomach moving, keep your feet flat on the floor, and your shoulders facing forward,,,, you can work in arm movements after your comfortable with them

i do them in evenings, when a commercial comes on tv, i jump up lol

Doing sit-ups IS excercise...But if you really want to take off weight, you need cardio. Something to get your heart rate up.
