I am truly disgusted. Regardless of what happens to screened illegals, she wouldn't PASS the screening having been deported and come back and having been arrested for social security fraud and having avoided a valid deportation order and two subsequent court orders re-validating it.

Yet they had an operation 'return to sender' sweep in the Chicago area, one aim of which was to pick up those who had valid deportation orders and LEFT HER IN THE CHURCH.

What do you think of the new development?

This women is unbelievable. I don't support her in many ways--but I have to give her credit for using every resource out there.
I still think this is doing nothing but scaring that child. And someone should put a stop to it. The sooner the better.

I think the poor kid is a political tool, a pawn, he's the 'screaming baby of the week' prop to be held up prominently in front of the news camera. I hope he tells the mexican house of representatives that american citizens are tired of all of this, while he's there...

I'm really looking for the democrats to hit one out of the park on this issue. It's time for Mexico to pull their socks up, and start taking care of their own citizens, and stop trying to systematically game our immigration system to their political and economic advantage, and it's time to get that fence built. Schwarzenegger's trying to work some 'magic' to kind of step on the fence, there, that's the guy that drove around with no license. As the governor. Of California. Licensing doesn't seem like a big deal, until you apply it to the illegal alien question... to his credit, Schwarzenegger DID veto the bill that would have granted US driver's licenses to illegal aliens.

Corruption plays a big part in the immigration issue, the influence of money over the law is not to be ignored, and it's doubtful we've seen the last of it... but, small changes have happened, the ICE is deporting people and shutting down operators of illegal businesses, this whole business has been the frog-in-the-pot story, heat the water slowly enough, and the frog won't know he's being cooked. Give the pro-illegals props for one thing, they sure are crafty...and determined...

She returned and was arrested again in 2002 and was convicted of working as a cleaning woman at O'Hare International Airport under a false Social Security number.

That says it all she is a convicted felon. And she is only using that poor child for her own selfish agenda. This kid is 7 years old.Its a farce and its disgusting that any mother would do this and allow this to happen to a little child. The mother should be charged with exploitation of a minor and sent back to jail then deported back to Mexico.
Its child abuse to send that child all over the country and use him to get symphony.I don't call that a mother. shes despicable to me.I would never use my child for my own selfish purposes.I am appalled at this entire miscarriage of justice.

She can't live like that for the rest of her life. She will return to her country, eventually.
