First of all you should get off of the computer, it is not good on your eyes. Do you have a history of headaches or migraines? Think of what you just ate or any excersize you have done recently that may have caused this. Perhaps you are coming down with a cold.. it all depends. I hope you feel better soon. If you feel you are having a migraine, I would take Excedrin and lie down. If you feel you are just having a headache, try Asprin because it keeps inflamation down in case the headache is caused by something else. It really depends on what your body responds too, though, you can always take tylenol. If the headache gets worse or you start to have trouble with your vision or a fever, get to a doctor. I hope you will lie down, put a cold washcloth on your eyes and relax in the dark for a bit and feel better soon!

Because sex can sometimes be a cure, and sometimes be a cause for a headache, it's largely up to headache sufferers to decide what works for them. Preventing headaches in the first place can go a long way. Evans suggests tracking migraine triggers, getting regular sleep and exercising regularly, even if it's only walking a mile a day.

When I have a headache I take a warm/steam bath (as it is usually allergy related) and then take a good nap for an hour or so. Sleep will make you feel a lot better than anything else. But if you wake up with the same headache or it is worse then take some tylenol or whatever usually works for you.

PS Never have intercourse with bad headaches as it tends to get worse!

Get off the computer (it's stressing your head muscles out!), get into a dark room, and just chill out for a while. I'd recommend going to sleep, but I know that's hard to do with a headache. So do all of that, take an ibuprofen, and hope for the best! Hope you feel better soon.

Exederine works for me. Sometimes, it might be a sinus headache, so I take a decongestant along with the Exederine. A combination of one aspirin, one Tylenol, and a couple cups of coffee will work in place of trhe Exederine.

Depends on the headache....migraines pain on one side flaring to other numbness in face sick to your stomach... lots of caffeine, dark quiet place, frozen peas on eyes or back of neck. tension headache pain in the front usually from stress... massage temples, relax your face muscles. cold pack on forehead. Sinus headache under eyes, front heavy feeling.....place a wash cloth in your sink turn on the hot water and take a big towel and put it over you to create a steam bath breathe thru nose(it also helps your face). or take a really hot shower.....use an analgesic that is made for the headache you have.

put something cold (anything from an ace cold pack to frozen peas) on your head or your eyes, take medication (motrin, advil, etc.) and lay down in a dark room. best of luck...i hate headaches. oh, i almost forgot. 80% of headaches are caused from dehydration. drink alot of water and it makes you feel better really fast.

Some people say coffee helps them. It is supposed to dialate the blood vessels and help the headache go away.
