Are the giants the "sons of Gods" the Bible speaks of? If so, then they are our forefathers..

The giants were called nephilim and they were children produced when spirit "sons of God" left their position of service, took on human bodies and mated with the women they chose. These children born from such unions became giants or mighty ones. They were wicked as were all people at that time, except for righteous Noah and his family. Jehovah then deemed it necessary to bring the world of ungodly people to an end and eventually he did just that--
The nephilim were destroyed in the global flood. The bad angels (demons) who had taken on human bodies escaped the flood, but Jehovah punished them as shown at Jude 1:6--" And the angels who did not stay within their own position of authority, but left their proper dwelling, he has kept in eternal chains under gloomy darkness until the judgment of the great day."

up until recent centuries, people tended to be short, 4-to-5-feet, largely due to poor diets. We've been getting taller as we as a society have started eating better.
Biologically, anyone taller than 7-8 feet tens to run into serious health problems; the human physique isn't built for that. So a 'race' of giants probably would max out at 6-7 feet (which would be enormous to most people).
This hypothetical ethnicity to would likely be a combination of genetic tendancies to be taller (like today's Dutch, Scandinavians and certain Aftricans), combined with healthy eating practices.
If they did exist, they could have easily mixed with other ethnicities, and be ancestors of many people alive today.

The Giants refererred to here are the offspring or children of angels who had materialized them selves into humans. They came to earth and had relations with thegood looking women of that time . Their offspring were called "Nephelim" they are the "giants" mentioned here and they were very violent persons. They were destroyed in the "Flood" mentioned in Genesis, but their fathers re-materialized themselves back to heaven . They are what we know today as Demons or fallen angels who side with Satan the ruler of this world , causing all the problems we have on earth today.They will be destroyed soon together with Satan . All this you can read in the Bible.

The giants were humans. There are several human remains of people 13 feet or taller. You just will not see them in a museum, its kinda anti-evolution.
"Sons of God". This is a debatable term. It can mean angels, or it can mean men who believed in God, as in the godly line of Seth. We must be careful in interpretation. We can jump to conclusions and believe things that are not fact. Our evolutionist friends have shown us that opening the door to speculation can mislead us.

Before the flood the earth looked allot more diffirent than now. There was about 50% more oxigine in the air than now. That means that everything was allot more bigger before the flood, even the people, thats why they say there was gaints, people were giants before the flood

I believe they were half man and half angels,,who saw the women and saw such beauty,,that is why the earth was destroyed because of thier evil,,they started to eat everything even the people..I just read that in the book of Enoch...God destoryed the earth so that men would praise Him again..

well the giants are not the sons of GOD, the bible is talking about.
we are the sons of God, recall as many as those that belive in him (jesus chirst) are sons of God
