Get atleats 7-8 hours of sleep every night, stay away from caffine, drink a lot of water, use a treatment for dark circles from the store, and use cucumbers on your eyes at night. Also you can apply a light foundation under your eyes to make the circles less visible.

^^obviously you know that you need more sleep. i can help you if you don't or even if you do get enough sleep but you still get them [thats me]

wash your face with cold water when you wake up, then use a cooling moisturizer. after that use clean and clear eye brightening cream it cools tired eyes and it really brightens them. then use cover up or concealor. finally, use a kind of shimmery eye shadow that is your skin color and mix it a little bit with powdered cover up. apply i under your eye. this will brighten your eyes up and it only takes about 4 minutes.
