the easiest way for someone who has never done it before is to remove the wiper cowl by removing the rubber seal which is held on by about 10 plastic clips then remove the wiper arms by popping the covers off of the bottom of them and take off the 14mm nuts that hold them on then the arms will come off then the plastic part of the cowl will come off by lifting up and pulling out towards the front of the car and then there is about ten 10mm bolts that hold the lower cowl in place remove those then remove the 3 10mm that hold the air duct in place then disconnect the washer lines at the passenger side of the cowl and one rubber hose on the same side then the lower cowl will lift out. if that is still not enough room then you can remove the plenum which is held down by 4 bolts and nuts and disconnect the throttle body by pulling the 4 nuts and bolts that hold it to the plenum and let the throttle body just hang there you can reinstall the plenum with out a new gasket because it is a steel gasket you will probably have to take off some vacuum lines so just mark them so they go back in the same place i know it sounds like alot of work but its either that or you can use a wrench and swivel and you might be able to get them after you fight with it for a while. trust me if you try it without removing any thing you will cuss, throw things, threaten to sell the van, and possibly even kick it HAVE FUN AND GOOD LUCK

there is an engine shroud or cover which must be bumped off and replace. it isn't problematical, yet does upload some time. the front plugs are ordinary to achieve and replace. The rear plugs are heavily more durable, highly without the right equipment and adventure. i replaced into lower than the effect the time-honored broking service value replaced into honestly in route of two hours, except you're having something else done. those automobiles are designed by engineers not mechanics. I bear in mind a events automobile some years decrease back, with a V-8 that required lifting the engine to regulate the rear plugs. Many mechanics reduce get good of entry to holes contained in the wheel wells fairly.

The labor to replace them is about 2.7 hours so it's probably not very simple. I agree with the above that you will probably need to remove something so that you can reach around to the back. On some Caravans, I have had to remove the air intake plumbing and alternator to reach around. If you can get your hands through the back between the firewall and the engine, then you can do it by feel. If not, see what is on either side preventing you from reaching around from the left and/or right and remove those components.

Probably have to get them from the bottom, or pull other parts off to get to the rear side of that engine.
