that guy told me that if I want to sue him,do it.He never care.How can I accuse him as fraud?

That's a lot of money to just let go. If it were $1,700.00 then I might just whoop his a** and let it go but for $170,000...are you kidding? Some attorney might take the case and it's free to check it out.

Dude, you got scammed. Get over it. Thats the only solution. Dont go after him, its a waste of time. You will never get him in court.
I got scammed on ebay for money orders for around 300 bucks. I had to suck it up and move on.
There is nothing you can do.
