I was just giving tips to some friends yesterday about exercising so this is funny you asked this lol.
I am a house wife and find it hard sometimes to find the time to exercise. So I started to exercise while doing my house work and it really started to make a difference. Here are some of the things I recommend
1. While putting away cloths from laundry. Put them a room farthest away from everything and put away a few items at a time.Power walk while going to the room they belong to. Or while folding them jog or do squats or leg lift. Anything just keep moving.
2. While in the kitchen you can dance, jog while cooking or doing dishes. Do side and back leg lifts when doing something while standing in one place.
3. When vacuuming do squats.
4. When picking things up don't bend over squat to get it. And pick up a few things and power walk them to the place they go and come back to get more.
5. Hold your stomach in when doing these chores and drink LOTs of water.
I did this and regular exercise and watched what I eat and lost 75 lbs. God willing I hope to lose 30lbs more.

Shaving with a razor -- If you get your face wet and put a thin layer of shaving cream on 3 minutes before you shave, the moisture will work it's way into the hair to make it cut like butter. You have to wait a full 3 minutes though, no less. When you're about to shave you can add more shaving cream. The thin layer is to keep it from getting everything while you're waiting.
Removing odors from your fingers, like onions or garlic -- You can rub your wet fingers on something stainless steel (I use my faucet because it's closest to the sink) to remove odors. It breaks the molecular bonds of the remnant odors.

Trust nobody except yourself and your instinct.
Do one thing at a time, doing more than one thing at a time may seem more efficient, but it's not.
Believe that everything happens for a reason. Believe that everything happens for the best of your benefit and that someday, you'll look back and thank that for happening...(keeps your under control..lol)
Hope i helpeddd =]

Don't get confused between words and reality. Words are approximations and sometimes even completely different from the reality that they're supposed to describe.

Every time I talk to my family or friends I always tell them I love them because it could be the last time we ever talk and I want to know that our last words were I LOVE YOU.
