How about doing your homework? When you grow up you will meet lots of people that are loads meaner than your mother. For example, take the IRS...If I forget to file my taxes, they are going to come after me and make me pay. They won't take procrastination as a good excuse so why should your mother? Your mother is teaching you the discipline and work ethic you will need later on in life.
You go, mom!

When my 5 year old is bad at school, I get nasty little notes about him in his folder. AND I AM NOT EVEN THERE! They are probably nagging her about you not getting her homework done and she needs to let them know that she is doing everything in her power to have you do it. I feel for you, as I am also a procrastinator, However, I have learned over the years that it doesn't really pay to be. If you get your work done early, the rest of the night is yours and you can spend it without worrying about doing your homework. It also helps if something comes up such as an emergency or someone coming over and needing you to go shopping last minute or something of the such, you can say, my homework is done! Just do your homework and your mom will calm down. What are you gonna do when you have to work for a living? Mom won't be there to make you do that.

You don't really hate your mom. She's only thinking of your future. Would you rather drop out of school and drift from one dead-end job to the next ? You know your homework needs to be done, so why not just get on with it? We've all been there. Apologise to your mom, give her a hug. She's just being a mother. How would you feel if she suddenly wasn't there? My mother passed over 3 years ago next month, and there isn't a day goes by when I don't long for her to be here. You wouldn't want to feel like that. Life's too short to hate, especially over home-work. You'll be a parent yourself one day, so take notice of your mom and get in some practice ! TNT4ALL.....you and your filthy paedophile talk are reported. The asker is a SCHOOL KID, you filthy low-life

Sometimes Mom's tend to stress out over little things. Procastinating to do ur hw doesn't matter as long as u get it done! hey, atleast u've got it better! For us over here, doing homework and studying are two different things. Our Mum's chuck us off to tuition from 4-8 from 7th std. And you only study in tuition, you do ur hw at home from 9-however long it takes.
From my experience, get ur hw done immediately after u come home, so u can get it off ur head and do other stuff. Otherwise get up in the morning and do it.

dont percrastinate and show your mom you can do your homework...on time. Some people dont realize how screwing up in highschool/middle school can really screw up their lives. I think your mom is just trying to look out for you and wants the best for you.

Do your friggin homework. the quicker you doit and get it out of the way the less you need to worry about it, and the less crap you have to hear. Also don't hate anyone, especially your parents...if it wasn't for your parents, you would be a stain on a sheet.

You should do you homework.
Why put yourself and your family though a lot of drama when you can stop it all by just doing your homework,

Start with learning how to use spell check. You need to settle your immature A*S*S down and do what you're supposed to do. Be grateful your mother cares enough to stomp you into shape. Your attitude stinks!

Well, if you are PROCRASTINATING, and it's not your Mom's fault, I don't see what the problem is. Take responsibility for your actions. You're lucky you're not being grounded.
