why dont you save money... and have someone go cut some out of a tree then spray paint them white.... spray paint is cheap!!! and you can use the money elsewhere in the wedding planning!!
ps make sure the limbs are good and dry.. before you spray paint them....
and to make it really pretty if you are using gold or silver in your wedding colors... while the paint is still wet sprinkle glitter in the paint.. to add a lil sparkle to it.... if you arent using either one of those colors you can still do this.. just buy the clear/white glitter...

Call your local craft shop, i.e. AC Moore, Michael's, etc. Ask them. Most likely, and cheaper yet, get some branches/twigs from outside and just spray them white with paint then for the added touch spray them with the canned snow that you get at Christmas time and add a touch of shimmer/glimmer in the end. Gorgeous!

There are sites on-line where you can buy just about anything that has to do with a wedding.
I know a wedding planner that painted some tree branches herself.

Craft stores have them - especially now that Christmas is getting near. You can make your own by cutting twigs from trees and stripping off the bark. Then bleach the wood underneath or just paint the wood white when it is dried.

You can buy them at any craft or party store in your area. If that doesn't work you can always order online. Good luck with the wedding.

As many are painted, you could visit your local park maintenance department and ask for branches before they mulch them, then just spray paint them.
