embrace, love, support the arts.

too often do the arts get overshadowed by things like sports, so us artists have to rebel against popularity and ROCK out

it's basically one way to say support the arts (music, drama, musicals, etc.) they started putting them on bracelets to encourage people to support programs at schools since many of the arts (aka, everything that's not a sport) started getting thrown aside and totally ignored. kids wear the bracelets if they're in their own band too, or if they just like music or any other type of performance activity in general.
